​Porters Property Group (Qld) Pty Ltd - PPGM (Management) is a small boutique Agency located in Brisbane that is filling a unique niche within the South East Queensland property market.  

So what do we do that is different from others?

As we are a smaller agency, we are more flexible, respond faster and cherish the relationships we have with our clients.  We provide quality Property Management  - that is looking after your Commercial and/or Residential property by providing open communication and personal attention (including onsite visits to these properties and the likes) as well as easy to read reports.  You will also be provided with updates on the progress or activities in relation to your property and tenants. 

We also provide Sales, Purchase and Leasing for both Commercial and Residential properties. We meet with our clients to ascertain their property  requirements (which could also include project managing a renovation), we then in turn co-ordinate from our end the most suitable property or action for their needs.
